So we have just ended our math unit with Mr.Hong. We had learned all about fractions, and different ways of adding and subtracting fractions. Some strategies we had learned about were grids, fraction strips, prime factorization, number lines, and more! At first, I didn't really understand this unit, so we had done a "Traffic Light" worksheet to see where we were at. It's basically a traffic light, and there are different learning intentions. If you coloured green, that had meant you totally understood it. Yellow meaning your half and half/getting there. And lastly, red meaning you do not understand it at all. In the beginning, I was mostly reds, with a few yellows, but now I would give them all greens! The only thing left to find out is my math test marks! ;)
